The USLAW Leadership Council, composed of representatives of each of the 184 affiliates, is the highest body of the organization between National Assemblies held every three years.  It met in Chicago, December 5-7, 2008 to evaluate the work of USLAW, assess the outcome of the elections, and decide USLAW's strategic priorities for 2009.
